A Shazelle Original
Contemporary work in a variety of media
London Ontario
My favourite piece to date, is my work of a young Neopolitan Mastiff, "Dawg". Currently this piece is not offered for sale. Please read below about my upcoming projects. Thank-you for visiting.

I was inspired from a young age by dance, music, art, architecture and design. My greatest influence was my Grandfather, whom I spent many hours with creating cities and highways out of wood, painting, and making music with the harmonica. I dedicate everything I create, to him. As a teenager, I continued to create, be it artwork, clothing, or interior decorating. I also loved helping with design choices for new homes, and I found myself early on working in the industry. When the industry slowed, I enrolled in college for the travel and tourism program. My family and I were also involved with a multi-cultural travel organization, and I volunteered much of my time to the ESL program, and to a welcoming organization for newcomers to London as well, which I enjoyed. Aside from raising my beautiful daughter, dog, fish, and rabbits, I still love to paint. I also love to learn, to read, and to experiment. (Thanks once again to my Grandfather). So I am always reading and researching and learning new information to educate myself. I like to express the things which capture my feelings, my inspirations and possibilities. I also like to write, and have started putting together some writings. The greatest love of my life has been and always will be water and waves, but I am also drawn to the silliness and uniqeness of my rescue rabbits, the fun times with my black labrador retriever, the beauty and freshness of flowers, koi fish and turtles, and all things exotic. I am fascinated by the absolute magnitude of large animals such as elephants, rhinos, and hippos, and the shear power, presence, and grandness of large dog breeds such as the Mastiffs and Newfies.

Michael Jackson...words cannot express how heartbroken I am. You always were and always will be my greatest inspiration. Some of us understood you in many more ways than you'd ever have known. Maybe you know now. I'll miss you forever
